  Everything. From the moment we booked, we were treated like first class clients with an introductory email sent to us to thank us for booking, asking us if there was anything they could do to help. Throughout the stay, the hosts could not do enough to help us out. The room was fantastic, beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean, well stocked, class... 别人怎么说 » y and stylish. As for the staff there, they can't do enough for you, are so friendly and were a delight to spend time with. We'll be back as often as - We really loved the warm welcome from Uta and Francesco, quite overwhelming! Nice little upgrade to the junior suite which overlooked the quiet rear courtyard. We were offered eating suggestions for Bergamo and a little map, umbrella incase etc. Just so helpful in everyway The location of the hotel was ideal walking distance to city alta .Fantastic views and nice little bars/restaurants.

  Very good location for Garda area as well as for Verona and even Venice visits. Anna and Stephan are totally devoted for the guests and would go all the way to help. Room was spacious and equipped with a kitchennette. Breakfast is great. Free Wi-Fi makes things even better. - We liked everything about the place except for location.

  We had a terrific time in moniga Del Garda. The host couple has read us every wish of the eyes. It was missing to nothing. Quiff room, very noble fitted out in a quiet residential area.   No change from last year. Still a fantastic location and a really beautiful hotel. The owners and staff really made every effort to make our stay memorable and suceeded.   The perfect combination of a 4-5 star hotel (for the parents) with a child-friendly environment. The diner formula is simply the best I ever encountered. - We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms were very nice, with fantastic views of the lake and mountains, and the hotel was very child friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel.
