  The perfect combination of a 4-5 star hotel (for the parents) with a child-friendly environment. The diner formula is simply the best I ever encountered. - We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms were very nice, with fantastic views of the lake and mountains, and the hotel was very child friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel.

  Very nice hotel. Luxury. You pay a litte bit over european average but is totally worth it. We got a free upgrade to beautiful suite as it was our honey weekend.   Everything, the decor was very relaxing, also ,i guess very italian, great location, slightly ,out of town, supberb staff, really, we were very pleased, would stay again, thank you, - the staff were extremely helpful, and the food was excellent. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone

  This was our 2nd stay in this hotel: it is a perfect hotel: decorated and furbished with extremely good taste and eye for details. The hotel incl. premises is extremely clean, great breakfast; the hotel is like a museum with ART all around the building incl. the rooms and outside on the premises. The room was again in perfect condition. Via Milano ... 别人怎么说 » bit noisy when you're at the outside swimming pool - The staff could not do enough for us - from train times, to recommending restaurants, to calling all of Bergamo to find somewhere we could leave our luggage on the last day (unfruitful). The hotel is dotted with art and sculptures and the overall effect is very impressive. The toom was small but perfectly formed, and the bathrooms are lovely. I do not think I could fault this hotel.

  This hotel was a pleasant surprise. I normally dont write reviews but I know this hotel deserves it. The hotel staff's are very supportive and helpfull. The rooms are decorated in white and was very clean. We stayed for 3 nights and went to the spa most of the time.
