  Everything. From the moment we booked, we were treated like first class clients with an introductory email sent to us to thank us for booking, asking us if there was anything they could do to help. Throughout the stay, the hosts could not do enough to help us out. The room was fantastic, beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean, well stocked, class... 别人怎么说 » y and stylish. As for the staff there, they can't do enough for you, are so friendly and were a delight to spend time with. We'll be back as often as - We really loved the warm welcome from Uta and Francesco, quite overwhelming! Nice little upgrade to the junior suite which overlooked the quiet rear courtyard. We were offered eating suggestions for Bergamo and a little map, umbrella incase etc. Just so helpful in everyway The location of the hotel was ideal walking distance to city alta .Fantastic views and nice little bars/restaurants.

  I loved the accommodation. Both the living room area and bedroom had patio doors leading to a balcony overlooking the lake. Very friendly and welcoming. Standard of accommodation exceptional, we had a suite with private terrace which was worth the extra cost.   First of all we like the beautiful view of Nembro and Bergamo city. The hotel's location is perfect and the building is excellent.   The perfect combination of a 4-5 star hotel (for the parents) with a child-friendly environment. The diner formula is simply the best I ever encountered. - We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. To our surprise they offered to check us in early and also upgraded our room to a Junior suite.The service was at all time - The location could not have been better; 2 minutes from the Duomo and Galleria Victor Emanuel. The Metro and tram are literally just outside the door and the building is easy to find when returning from a busy day. The staff was most attentive and helpful and the room was very large and comfortable.. The lighting in the room was superb and counter/table space was plentiful, even in the bathroom.
