Our apartment was a 6 person apartment on the first floor. We could leave the doors open at night and hear the sea while we fell asleep.   Highly recommended. Right in the heart of Sorrento. Only 15 minutes walk to train station and bus depot. We had a spacious room overlooking the piazza. Friendly and helpful staff. We would definitely stay there again when we return to Sorrento. No lifts, so you better practice lifting your suitcases up a few flight of stairs.   Everything! In particular, the staff was fantastic. They were so welcoming and friendly. The location in Racello is perfect. We went with a group for a friends wedding and all stayed in different hotels in Ravello. Ours was by far the best location because it was so central to the main plaza. They also prepared breakfast for us the night before our checkout as - We had an apartment. Didn't use kitchen area as we ate at the family ristorante Vittoria. The breakfast of juice, cereal, cake, pastry, rolls and jam with coffee or tea was served in the sweet garden setting and was plentiful. Hostess Maria was very helpful. Ensure your credit card has a pin. Signature along does not work. We chose to book transport back to Naples airport rather than rely on 4modes of public transport as connections are poor.
