  The owners were extremely gracious. The chef, Alexander, served and cooked a wonderful dinner for us. The orange and mandarin trees on the farm had fresh fruit.   The popilia country resort was very relaxed and comfortable with friendly helpful staff and an excellent restaurant. The view from our hotel room was magnificent. The surrounding area had many picturesque towns to visit both inland and on the coast. The gelato in Pizzo and Tropea was superb.
