  An excellent location for our first visit to Modena. We were travelling by car and found the hotel easily with our satnav and the staff had kindly left the (pre-booked) garage open for our arrival.   The room was large and comfortable. The owners were very nice. Unfortunately, they didn't speak much English and our Italian was poor although their son was quite good and very helpful. Most Italians are anti-air conditioning but it was 100 degrees the day we were there and the first thing I did was turn that cool air on.   The perfect accomodation!!! If you are in Modena this is a fairly cheap alternative for a stay in the city centre. Run by a perfectionist landlandy the apartment was both superclean, comfortable. The wi-fi worked excellent (contrary to other hotels/BBs we stayed at during our week in Italy). Although we had a litttle difficulty with the language we found google translation was a great help. We just text our request and it was sorted, Nothing was too much trouble.
