  The room was large and comfortable. The owners were very nice. Unfortunately, they didn't speak much English and our Italian was poor although their son was quite good and very helpful. Overall a very nice facility. - This family owned business is first class. The room we had was beautiful and spacious. The best thing about it for me was the air conditioning in the room. Most Italians are anti-air conditioning but it was 100 degrees the day we were there and the first thing I did was turn that cool air on. The breakfast selections were great and the setting was modern and fun.

  The proprietor was fantastic. She recommended a local restaurant (Ca' Dal Sol) and made dinner reservations for us. The room was comfy, spacious, and modern. Breakfast was great! The proprietor also arranged for us to visit the nearby Villa San Donnino to experience the balsamic making process. We would definitely stay again.

  The perfect accomodation!!! If you are in Modena this is a fairly cheap alternative for a stay in the city centre. Run by a perfectionist landlandy the apartment was both superclean, comfortable. The wi-fi worked excellent (contrary to other hotels/BBs we stayed at during our week in Italy). So many little shops nearby and fresh food market every day about ten minutes walk from apartment.
