  The facilities are very modern and well kept. The staff is extremely friendly yet professional. The hotel is well located close to Modena but easier to access than a downtown hotel.   The rooms were massive and beautiful with hardwood floors and walls. Very nice hotel. The breakfast had a good variety as well as very fast service. Front desk staff were helpful even though English wasn't great. Great price for the quality. - The breakfast and the room decor.

  The perfect accomodation!!! If you are in Modena this is a fairly cheap alternative for a stay in the city centre. Run by a perfectionist landlandy the apartment was both superclean, comfortable. The wi-fi worked excellent (contrary to other hotels/BBs we stayed at during our week in Italy).
