We liked the Greek Theatre in Taormina and the archaeological park in Giardini Naxos and the area is really quite spectacular scenery-wise but generally much too touristy for us. That is one reason we were happy to have found the Villa Archegeta: it is small, quiet and has its own charm. We didn't want a hotel with large groups of tourists and rows of sunbeds on the beach - and there were plenty of those around. The owner will do everything possible to make your stay something to remember. Noth.
