  Hotel was very good and close to the lake. Staff were very helpful and gave us s map and restaurant recommendations. It was also possible to buy Gardaland tickets from the hotel althoygh we didnt as they required payment in cash. The staff were very welcoming and attentive. The room (246) faced the lake. We upgraded to a suite, which was well worth it (for the extra few euros it cost)

  We loved the location of the hotel and the area it was in. The rooms are very comfortable and the most clean hotel weve ever stayed in and Im a clean freak. The pool was great and atmosphere good. We could not recommend this hotel highly enough. Its meant to be 3* but this is definately a 4* hotel or close to 5* in European standards.
