Hotel was very good and close to the lake. Staff were very helpful and gave us s map and restaurant recommendations. It was also possible to buy Gardaland tickets from the hotel althoygh we didnt as they required payment in cash. We chose to hang on to the cash and pay by card at the theme park but wished we hadnt as they were more ecpensive there. If you intend to ho to Gardaland (ehich was very good) fo consider getting tickets ftpm the hotel. It wad sbout 38 euros cheaper for 4 of us. Room w.
所有评语 » Pleasant hotel located on Lago di Garda. A short walk to lake front and a variety of restaurants and cafes. Also convenient for side trips to Sirmione and Verona. Staff is friendly and helpful. Ample breakfast buffet - including "health foods" and fresh fruits along with typical offerings of breads, cheeses, cold cuts, etc. - served in a lovely top floor indoor/outdoor terrace with views of the city. The rooms were clean, modern and comfortable. The owner emanuel and hotel staff were very friendly, always willing to help and advise which made us feel very welcome. The hotel is in a great location and amazing value for money. I booked this hotel for a group of friends , 3 couples, and we all enjoyed staying at hotel bonotto. I booked this hotel for a group. We stayed for a week in Hotel Bonotto and thoroughly enjoyed it,The Hotel is in a brilliant location in relation to ferry terminal and shopping with numerous restaurants to choose from.Breakfast on the roof area is just fabulous with food to suit everyone.The staff are excellent in particular Thomas and Eleonoramn who will make you feel very much at home. This hotel is what it says on the tin. Friendly, clean, accommodating. Totally relaxing atmosphere all of our party (wedding) from other hotels liked the hotel for value and relaxed atmosphere. The view from the dining room wa fabulous better than some of the more expensive hotels were you paid extra for the privilege. Nice hotel in a very good location just two minutes from the lake. It is easy to get everywhere on foot from there. The staff are all very friendly and keen to help you out wherever possible. There is also a lovely lake view terrace on the top where you can have breakfast in the morning. The hotel location was convenient for the lake and restaurants etc. The balcony was great and caught the sun all day making it perfect for a pre dinner drink. The beds were comfortable and bathroom shower was good. All the staff were welcoming and helpful. The friendliness of the staff, the buffet breakfast in the lovely roof top breakfast room with stunning views! The rooms were minimalist and spotlessly clean, could not fault it. We would stay there again should we go back to Desenzano. I liked the hotel's emphasis on being eco-friendly and environmental. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was excellent. There was a lot to choose from. And the breakfast room had a magnificent view. The location is very good. Right next to the centre with a nice view on the lake. Parking is close by with a proper price. Breakfast is good enough to keep you full until lunch. All in all this hotel is best value for money. located close enough to walk to the town centre, and near the water front. single room was small but for a stop over was ok. great views from the roof area and breakfast room. bike parking available at the rear. A comfortable place to stay with standard facilities for this style of accommodation. Well situated with helpful staff. Breakfast rom with views was a real treat. Dark wall-to-wall carpet in room. Breakfast could do with a slight improvement although the cappicino was amazing. The balcony could do with dusting of the cob webs but the views were awesome. Could have more English TV channels. Ummmm! Nothing. Breakfast coffee not great - from machines. Best avoid. Road noise could be a bit distracting but I suppose that's the price you pay for a convenient location. Breakfast was disappointing. The juice was watery and the coffee - dispensed from a machine - was awful. Don't know what happened to the egg boiling machine someone else mentioned but pre-boiled cold eggs were the only option when we stayed. The small elevator and slow elevator. I was there for only four days. Not so much didn't like but a few more English TV Channels would be nice. Nothing!. Bathroom shower door broken. the smell in the room colorful carpet on the stairs (it's dangerous: my friend stumbled and fell down).
