  Friendly and knowledgeable staff. We loved the room though a little small--the bathroom was elegant and very comfortable. Breakfast was great with many tasty selections. We had an early morning departure flight and were so pleased that our driver, arranged by the staff, was ready at 4:30 AM.   This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed (and I know a lot of 4 stars in Europe). Fantastic decorated rooms in a 18th century building. Great breakfast (every thing of top quality).
