  excellent location, near 2 main squares. at the Duomo square you can find 2 types of touristic buses - the standard citysightseeing and the other one cheaper 5 euro (1hour trip without stop). you also can find all main streets having begin at the square Duomo. the landlord is a very friendly woman, she helped me to book an excursion to Etna (must ... 别人怎么说 » see! half day was enough for mee; "without jeep" is not very tiring). the breakfast is served in a cafe neighbour to the appartment (croissant\briosh - This BB has a central location [2 min from Piazza Duomo], really close to public transportation [Piazza Alcala] and via Etnea [wich is one of the main streets in Catania]. The BB is clean and comfy. The owners, Giovanni and his mother [who lives next door] are nice people. The palazzo in which the BB is located it's a bit noisy, but this is Sicilly. Overall, I was pleased with the place and I recomend it.

  The B&B was our base for two night while we got to know Catania. Valentina was a gracious host and provided an excellent breakfast with homemade biscuits and cakes. The room was off a small courtyard in a gracious old building. We had two rooms plus bathroom, so was very spacious. You can have a very relaxing time there by reading a book or surfing the web or having breakfast. The room I got was big enough to have a chaise longue and a small round table for relaxing also inside. There was a small fridge. The breakfast is very good, italian-style.

  The accommodation is very new, large and clean with excellent facilities. What made this place special were the hosts Giovanni and his wife. They were so extremely helpful and arranged a trip to etna for myself and my wife along with finding out about all the local transport. This was by far the nicest place we stayed and is in the middle of a bea... 别人怎么说 » utiful little area of farmland. The breakfast was nice with homemade cakes and Giovanni provided us with some of his own free range eggs! - great place to stay, very quiet at night, and safe car parking, Giovanni was always helpful and trying hard to help as much as possible.. even flexible if you want to stay longer I will definetly come back

  Location !!!! At the arrival not so sure about this place. Once we met the owner (Manuela) it became "the peaceful oasis". Food/advice/information = ONLY the best from Manuela! AND "NO MOSQUITOS" !!! Free WiFi - Friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast with some delicious homemade food. Would recommend to others and also return again here.   At first-extremely friendly, hospital and helpful staff and both of them spoke excellent English. Great location-in the very centre of Catania, not far from Duomo and very close to via Etnea-street of shopping. Hotel located in very nice historic building. I would recommend this hotel for everyone who wants to visit Catania and feel real hospitality of - The location is great. The rooms are value for money but are basic in terms of comfort. They are cleaned every day, the towels are changed daily as well. The kettle and tea, coffee, sugar are available for common use in the corridor. The chambermaid found and returned to us the clothes left behind in a hurry. Many thanks to her!!!!!! There is some noise from the nearby cafes but we didn't mind it))
