  The shuttle service from our flight back to the hotel, and back to the airport again was on time and a super big plus. The front staff were vey helpful, fast and informative. This hotel is probably the closest and cheapest hotel to Milan Malpensa airport. It has all the facilities one would require. We stayed two nights (between onward flight connections) - the shuttle bus took us to the airport (and return) on our free day so we could do some Milan sight-seeing and shopping - the Malpensa Express train is an excellent way to travel between the airport

The hotel itself was clean and comfortable and although fairly close to the autostrada and 3 km from the airport, we were not disturbed by any noise. It was only 5- 7 minutes from the airport, but so much nicer than staying in an airport hotel for 2-3 times the price.   I liked that the complimentary bus picks its clients regularly from the airport. I enjoyed the stylish decorations and a feeling of comfort which it provided. Also approved of "helping nature" request to throw on the floor those towels which really need washing instead of washing everything every day - not all hotels apply this policy.
