  The staff at this hotel was fantastic. They were so welcoming, warm and anxious to make sure their guests were made to feel at home and valued. The rooms were wonderful--brand new and beautifully decorated. There was a lovely restaurant with outdoor seating for a romantic last night dinner before we left for home. The - The staff was quite accommodating. We had decided to return our rental car the night before so not to hassle with it the morning of the flight. The staff set up the free shuttle to return us to the hotel and take us to the airport the next morning (15 minutes each way). This hotel is probably the closest and cheapest hotel to Milan Malpensa airport. It has all the facilities one would require. We stayed two nights (between onward flight connections) - the shuttle bus took us to the airport (and return) on our free day so we could do some Milan sight-seeing and shopping - the Malpensa Express train is an excellent way to travel between the airport

The hotel itself was clean and comfortable and although fairly close to the autostrada and 3 km from the airport, we were not disturbed by any noise.   I liked that the complimentary bus picks its clients regularly from the airport. I enjoyed the stylish decorations and a feeling of comfort which it provided. Also approved of "helping nature" request to throw on the floor those towels which really need washing instead of washing everything every day - not all hotels apply this policy.
