  Perfectly clean, the stuff is friendly and helpful, great location -- 5 minutes walking from the beach and just 15 from the very city center.   i spent a weekend at this hotel, in letsbookhotel.com it was rated 2 stars so i didn't expect much, so every thing at this hotel was a pleasant surprise. this property deserves 3 stars .i read some of the reviews below, and i agree it was a bit hard to find, i recommend asking for specific instructions from the receptionist. anyway, as said its on... 别人怎么说 » e minute walk from main street. the i room i got was tiny but geniusly designed and very clean. it shows that someone is taking care of the details. n - Tel Aviv is extremely expensive for accomadation so this was a relatively modestly priced guest house. I say that because there is no lobby and the sun roof which is lovely in the evening has no daytime shade so during hot sunny weather you cannot use it. There are a few sunbeds there and tables but no sunshades.The room was very clean and comfortable good air conditioning and a kettle but cupboard space limited I was alone but stayed 2 weeks and could just about squeeze my baggage into the tin
