We loved Ashley Lodge B&B, The host was so friendly and helpful seeing if we had everything we needed at breakfast which was more than enough. The rooms were spotless and comfortable. We only stayed the one night on our way back for the early ferry. It was situated only 5 minutes from the port so very handy. Fully recommended. Lovely comfortable & clean surroundings. Great location for Rosslare Ferry - just a couple of minutes drive. Off main road so nice and quiet. Great full Irish breakfast - and Margaret was happy to get up early in order for us to have breakfast before ferry. Already booked to go back.

Margaret the owner was very kind and attentive to our needs. Very Homely atmosphere., warm and comfortable. Fantastic value for money. The owner (Margaret0 welcomed us despite the fact that she thought our booking had been cancelled. Beautiful facilities, including the best TV options experienced during our week long visit to Eire, Superb breakfast. Superbly clean,well appointed , the hostess very pleasant. Breakfast excellent. Unfortunately unlikely to be back this way, however no hesitation in recommending. If only all were of such a high standard. The whole experience was very good. Margaret was welcoming and the facilities ideal. She was careful to explain everything and establish what our breakfast requirement were so that we were set for the day. Excellent position for the morning ferry trip. Staff very friendly and went out of their way to ensure each and every guest where happy. Very clean and organised and excellent value for money. Every thing about the accommodation was first class. the food the bedroom and especially the lovely towels. Mrs Day was also great really made you feel at home nothing to much trouble for her. The landlady was very friendly and helpful.We missed a ferry due to bad weather and she kindly let us call in for breakfast and let us have the room for a rest. The breakfast was excellent. The bed and breakfast ashley lodge , was a very clean tidy friendly place margeret was so helpful and friendly .her breakfast we gave ten out of ten and we Will be back thank you margeret x. Everything. The accommodation was very good and the welcome friendly and relaxed. Facilities were good and all that we needed. So convenient for the early ferries from Rosslare. The place was clean and the woman running it and serving us breakfast was very efficient and friendly. It was also perfectly located near the ferry and there was easy parking. Warm welcome. A good stop for before or after ferry crossing, the Lady of the house was up early to cook a full Irish to feed us before an early ferry. Clean and Comfortable. We missed our ferry due to bad weather and we were accomodated the next day with breakfast and the use of a room to rest for a few hours. Excellent. It's so convenient for the port of Rosslare and Margaret is wonderful in ensuring we get a good breakfast before we catch the early morning ferry!. Barely any stores or restaurants around. Nothing. Liked all- impossible to find fault. could have had better instructions on how to get there. Tv was very small. What was there not to like?. Synthetic duvet too small for bed No plug near mirror for hair dryer Kettle did not work. Nothing !. There was nothing we did not like. Nothing really except the water in the shower was just a little too wet. Nothing. Nothing. The weather. ... Small shower cubicle. Nothing Everything was spot-on. No newspapers or reading material in the residents lounge. Only a double sized bed. Nothing. There aren't many attractions nearby, but it's a good base for visiting different parts of Co. Wexford.
