  Room 5 was spacious, very comfortable. Our hosts were very pleasant, not exceptionally outgoing, at first, he was very sincere, yet businesslike. Our host took some wet laundry and hung them to dry, a pleasant surprise. Breakfasts were good and served promptly after cooking. Bathroom was very spacious. Th - It was about a ten minute walk from the B & B to town. The room was spotless and it was so quiet there it was amazing. Dingle was one of our favorite towns. We saw a great seisun up at a local church. St. James. They apparently do these relatively regularly. And Murphy's Ice Cream is incredible. It is made from Kerry cows, of which there are only about one thousand in the world...very creamy.

We were about 40 mins late with booking out on the day of departure and there was no problem with that at all. We got a baby cot free of charge for the duration of stay. We arrived late around 9pm due to getting slightly lost on our way down and he offered to give us with some bread and butter etc to have a bite to eat since we were very tired and hungry. Helped us get settled in and showed us DVD's etc that we could use if we wanted to. I'm sure this is one of the best b & b in all of Ireland. - Both my wife and myself loved everything about shealane guest house. I would say it was easily the best we have stayed in. The location is great, right by the river and close to the town and all its amenities and has ample parking. Great location for driving the Ring of Kerry and Dingle peninsula etc. Breakfast was great too - if you are looking to stay in this area you won't do better.
