  I did not arrive until 1030pm the staff were expecting me and dealt with me in a very quick and efficient manner. - Faciliies very good especially as there were young children involved

  Nice place although one thing I did learn and that is to avoid big hotels on weekends and stay at B&B. Big hotels are more likely to have a wedding or birthday party on a weekend and this is were you will NOT have a good night sleep. The staff was very very nice and very apologetic but it is not their fault as you can not control people who do... 别人怎么说 » n't know how to behave after 23.00 in a hotel ! Good place with an underground car park, the breakfast was good so overall OK. - swimming pool was good,all staff were very helpful,they even changed our rooms to a conjoining room with a walk-in shower as we had an elderly woman with a disability in one room that couldn't use the shower in bath.the bar man (A Dublin guy) was very good at his job,great personality and always looked after us when we went to the bar for anything. we would love to go back for another 3nights soon

  On arrival I had booked two twin rooms, one of our party pulled out and I explained the situation to the gentleman and he exchanged us to a triple room which was extremely nice as 3 of us could stay in one room togethere,, staff were very friendly and polite and location was perfect,, you could walk out of hotel and into another pub cross the road... 别人怎么说 » couldn't be any nearer - Overall, the staff were excellent, particularly the bar staff who carried my hot drink upto my room for me. I was very glad of this as there were quite a number of stairs to the room. The hotel was friendly, spotlessly clean and I enjoyed my stay. I would stay there again.
