  Location was excellent, staff were cool. Very friendly atmosphere in the hotel which isn't always present in hotels - Wonderful hotel, all staff very friendly and helpful. room was fantastic and clean. Great location.

If I find myself in Limerick again. This is - Berge and Tom were absolutely wonderful hosts. As soon as we got there she served us tea and scones, she made sure she responded to all of our requests and anticipated our needs while there. Breakfast was fantastic. She and Tom made you feel like you were old friends with them. The house is very nice and the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Bathroom was clean and spacious. Excellent service in the restaurant and good breakfast - as I am a coeliac, I asked if they had any gluten free bread and yes they had! - Apartment was lovely, very clean and spacious.
