I will always remember walking into the lobby to the view of the firplace lit and the smell of peat logs burning. I wanted to sit and stay on those couches for hours.   Everything during our stay was perfect. The staff were excellent, the htel was immaculate. The only meal we took was breakfast but the presentation and standard was first class. - Good central location, great view of harbour from our bedroom. Peaceful ambience. Friendly and efficient staff.

  The girl running the place was lovely she checked us in and out and served breakfast the next morning!   Our hostess met us at the door and told us where to park. She gave us a brief run-down of where to eat and even offered to make reservations for us if we would like. It was a very easy walk to town - but be ready for the steep walk back up to go to bed! Rooms (we had 2) were very clean.
