  The staff was amazing since the moment we landed at the airport. We were able to check in early, so about 1 hour after we landed Evangelia from the reception had organised beach chairs and lunch reservations in a marvelous beach/restaurant. - Very kind staff. Very clean and designed hotel with great view etc.

  The staff, especially the proprietress, were really helpful friendly and thoughtful. They all spoke good English. We immediately felt at home - among friends. Our room was pleasant, airy and had a view of the sea from its balcony. We made good use of the tiny whitewashed traffic free streets (well apart from the occasional motorbike or mule train) that we accessed from the - Would recommend this hotel. Eva, the hostess is a wonderfully friendly and helpful person. We didn't arrive until midnight, she left us a welcome note and instructions about the key. She went so far as to make us a take-away breakfast when we had to leave to catch the midnight ferry. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is meticulously clean, and the beds are the softest I've experienced in Greece so far. The pool area is as good as any luxury hotel, and the outdoor gardens are lovely.

  Parvatos Studios is a really great place and we had a wonderful stay here. We've never had such great hosts before - very warm, hospitable and helpful. Really nice people. They took us from and back to the port, they arranged for us to rent an ATV at very reasonable price and Mary's cake was very delicious. It feels like staying with a family but in a hotel that has everything. Great for a romantic time and great for a group party time - We liked everything about our stay at the Arhontiko Pension. The owner and his mother were so helpful with anything we needed and fun too. The facilities were excellent and everyone made sure all the guests had everything needed to enjoy their stay, including daily rides to and from town. Meals were delicious and as far as we were concerned the best deal in town, quality and price wise.

  This is the first time I am writing a review but Nikos and Vagelitsa were so welcoming and accommodating that I felt a need to share my wonderful experience. Excellent homely food, peace and tranquility, picturesque location were factors that made this trip memorable. I will be soon returning to Scala!

  We liked everything about this hotel: location (beach right outside), transportation (airport pickup, bus right outside hotel going to town center in a few minutes, and hotel shuttle to port), clean and spacious rooms, complimentary breakfast with good varieties and quality, friendly staff and great food/wine services on beach!!
