The staff, especially the proprietress, were really helpful friendly and thoughtful. They all spoke good English. We immediately felt at home - among friends. Our room was pleasant, airy and had a view of the sea from its balcony. The hotel has wisely refrained from filling all its ground with accommodation and provides a calm oasis in which to relax. We made good use of the tiny whitewashed traffic free streets (well apart from the occasional motorbike or mule train) that we accessed from the.
所有评语 » Would recommend this hotel. Eva, the hostess is a wonderfully friendly and helpful person. We didn't arrive until midnight, she left us a welcome note and instructions about the key. She went so far as to make us a take-away breakfast when we had to leave to catch the midnight ferry. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is meticulously clean, and the beds are the softest I've experienced in Greece so far. The pool area is as good as any luxury hotel, and the outdoor gardens are lovely. The best staff. So helpful and friendly. Evangelina and her staff were so nice to everyone and wanted nothing more than to make sure you had a great time. The hotel is a very close walk to the main strip is Fira. Maybe 5-8 mins. Don't be scared of a couple little hills. The pool was nice and the grounds were pretty. Most of the rooms have a non caldera view, but still look out over the sea. Great place to stay for the valve!. This hotel was a great find! We practically had 1 on 1 service from the lovely owner, who made us feel at home and looked after us. The rooms were nice and clean,the pool areas was great and the breakfast was good. It was a short walk into the main centre but was away from the hustle and bustle of Thira. The bed was comfy too. and the breakfast is sooo good. and having the pool was such a lifesaver as its not too close to the beach. Evaggelia was awesome throughout our stay, giving us great advice on what to do, and when to do it, helping us with a lot of things, and even agreeing to cancel the last night because I had made a mistake while booking, even though it was not refundable!. Small family run hotel, within close proximity to the main town of Fira. Although the facilities were basic it was perfect for what we needed, staying just 4 nights in Santorini. The Staff couldn't be more helpful, nothing was too much trouble. the staff was very friendly and helpful. She arranged everything for us. Location was great and hotel was very clean. Highly recommended for the money. We definitely recommended and we hope to be back soon. Very very nice people!!. Absolutely incredible hotel. I have never met more accommodating hotel staff. Very quaint, cool place, very clean, in the middle of Fira. The pool and pool area are awesome. Santorini is amazing. Their service and the environment is really nice!! And I love their service so much! The staffs are really helpful and very kind!! If I come to Santorini in the future,i must live there again!!. We particularly liked the way the pool area and breakfast terrace were landscaped using the local volcanic rocks. Evangelina could not have been more helpful. I loved everything about this hotel. The bathrooms were small, but it wasn't an inconvenience. The shower wasnt that great at all!. The only minor dislike was the noise in the morning, the doors are not cushioned so tend to bang when they are closed. This wasn't a major issue though as we were mostly up and about early anyway. Shower way too small, but other than that it was nice and clean. The 'hot tub' is not hot. :(. A bit noisy in the hallway. the center in walking distance but not too easy to reach it. Church bells ringing quite often, even early morning (8 AM?!). But this has nothing to do with this hotel... Our room was close to the breakfast room and in the mornings it was a little bit noisy. Nothing. The bathroom looked old and worn compared to most of the building. Bathroom a wee bit outdated.
