  Elounda Mare is perfection. We absolutely love this place and will definitely be back. Our room had beautiful views and was very spacious and very clean. The staff are so welcoming and friendly.   We used Atrion as a base to discover Chania Area, and it was a perfect starting spot. the Hotel Staff was very helpful giving us directions to were to go and how to get there.   The staff were so welcoming , particularly Georgos , and the welcome meeting with free glass of champagne and smoked salmon blinis was a really nice touch . We were upgraded and our room was lovely with fabulous view to spinalonga and hot tub on the balcony . Another very nice touch was free bottle of very good quality Cretan red wine . The hotel was busy but all the sunbathing areas were really spread out so you never felt like the hotel was overcrowded or you were sitting on top of anyone.
