  The property is beautifully maintained with lovely gardens and the pool areas, bar and restaurant are adjacent to the sea with great views of the area. It is well located to supermarkets and other restaurants and is either a short car or bus ride to the main centre of Chania. The staff could not have been more helpful and even advised of traditional local restaurants and checked to see - The whole trip was just lovely and I wouldn't have changed a thing. My previously holiday-shy boyfriend loved everything about the holiday and especially the restaurant (Corinne Star) in the grounds of the hotel. It was the best of the restaurants we tried in both Kalamaki and Chania. The staff were very hard-working, warm and helpful. The beachside setting was beautiful, westward facing so you can enjoy the sunset while eating dinner at the poolside. Really hoping we can come back soon :)

  I would recomend this hotel to anyone and everyone. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful; the location of the hotel was nice too. It is a little outside of the city, which is nice to come back to after a long day and relax. - Everything. Beautiful clean hotel and extremely friendly staff

  I've spent one week in Stella Paradise. It is at 3 minutes walking from the beach. I had a studio with kitchenette. The kitchen was new, everything was very clean, the studio was cleaned everyday.   We used the hotel on our last 3 days in chania as we just wanted to relax and not worry about anything, and it proved a right choice.after touring chania by car , the hotel provided everything that was needed to just stay in and enjoy the beach.   The staff were fantastic, the rooms were large and we were lucky enough to have a seaview. The all inclusive rate was so good. The meals were very nice and it is a magic location.   We liked everything in castello! When we arrived maria the reception lady gave us a nice welcome and told us that they've upgraded us to the honeymoon suite ! we had a big comfortable room, well designed with a jacuzzi on the large balcony facing the sea. Th - Nothing was too much for any of the staff - you were treated superbly with a fantastic hotel room & great sea views. As we arrived late & missed dinner, the hotel had placed a plate of salad, cold meat, a bottle of wine & water on our arrival. During meal times, there was a wide selection of dishes available. Sissi is a quiet area as is the hotel and fantastic for peace & relaxation. The spa treatments that i received were well worth the money.
