  The stuff was very polite and helpful. The luxury and the services was excellent. The location amazing and quiet. Great spa and very big pool. This is not just a hotel its a palace.   The hotel is located right on the beach with nice view over the bay, may be a little bit too far from the city center with all the shops and cafes. The food was superb, and the inclusion of breakfast and lunch was an great deal and convenient. Their are clean to a fault, emptying both spa pools to clean them every night (and they're huge pools).   The staff was amazing and the location was 2 minutes away of everything. Despite the fact that i requested to top up my phone in the middle of the night i had a 5 stars service from the owner of the hotel in person!   This hotel represents truly amazing value. For little more than 50 euros you get an immaculately clean room, an ample tasty breakfast and a huge spa pool, set within the grounds of the hotel. Staff were delightful, perfect English and very helpful with restaurant recommendations and travel directions. Would definitely stay again.

  It was awful. They charged us 220 euro per night and they gave us a room that did not worth nor 50euro. The walls were not painted in some places, the bathroom was disguasting and the wooden furnituree was back from the 60s', with the orginal scratches. Trully awful.
