  We were very presently surprised arriving at Mitsi Gallini. It was everything that was advertised for a Greek 5star hotel. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Especially the restaurant staff. The choice and quality of food was very good.   The natural hot spring water around which this spa is built/themed is everything they claim. Excellent relaxation/rejuvenation. The food was superb, and the inclusion of breakfast and lunch was an great deal and convenient. Their are clean to a fault, emptying both spa pools to clean them every night (and they're huge pools). Staff were delightful, perfect English and very helpful with restaurant recommendations and travel directions. Would definitely stay again.

  It was awful. They charged us 220 euro per night and they gave us a room that did not worth nor 50euro. The walls were not painted in some places, the bathroom was disguasting and the wooden furnituree was back from the 60s', with the orginal scratches. Trully awful. The rooms(and the hotel itself)are new and in pristine condition, the heating is adjustable in every room. Decorations and various details complete the scenery and ensure a happy stay.
