It is a fancy place--beautiful, clean, and polished. Every staff member is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Our hotel room was a palace! Very comfortable king size bed, sitting area with table and chairs, patio with view of harbor with table and chairs, a kitchenette in the room stocked with dishes, utensils, cooking pans plus refrigerator. The bathroom was lovely with a heavenly large shower.

  We loved Alcanea Boutique hotel! The room was spacious and almost as big as our entire house with beautiful views over Chania's port. Really friendly, caring and lovely staff.
