Located at the edge of the Passau pedestrian zone, the guest house is a 2-minute walk from the Fürstbischöfliches Theater (theatre) and a 5-minute walk from Passau Cathedral. It is a 10-minute walk from the confluence of the Danube, Inn and Ilz rivers. The Bavarian Forest begins just north of Passau.
