  The the location of this hotel was amazing, Located halfway between Checkpoint Charlie and a remaining portion of the wall with a great exhibit. The hotel was new and very clean but I had a few problems which I will give in details on the next section but the hotel staff adjusted my bill to reflect these issues and were very courteous. Moreover, the confort of the room: my wife and I had read several negative reports about a supposed "glass wall" in the room, between the toilette and the bedroom, but that turned out in-existent.   We had a problem with our room (it was smelling smoke) and people from reception had a quick and nice reaction, they changed our room, thing that we appreciate a lot. Having a subway station across the street gave us convenient access to the rest of Berlin.
