The Hotel room was spacious for two, the complimentary bottles of water in the room was a nice touch, and the buffet breakfast was delicious.Rooms are huge and hotel is in a beautiful area of Heidelberg, excellent staff and facilities, very comfortable.All and in particular the amability of the staff.所有 评语
The kindness of the staff was excellent.Nice staff, good breakfast and dinner, comfortable room, easy to reach the city centre. Quite a modern place in an interesting part of town. It was excellent, no changes in the formule.You could hear noise from the room. Loud talking (kitchen staff?) was heard about 6 a.m. each day. That's a bit early for people on holiday, isn't it?. The beds are not double and it is not comfortable to sleep with 2 people.Slightly noisy - they could do with stopping lorries enter that part.
