It's next to River Neckar, we r given a room with the view of the river which is a bonus, the room is spotless cleaned with near brand new decoration, the bed and pillows are unexpectedly comfortable feeling at home, the bathroom is exceptionally spacious! The staff is very friendly!! Lovation is great! Best of all, the breakfast is a big feast! I will recommend to anyone who is going to Heidelberg!.

Modern rooms and fittings, top-notch bathroom and a friendly helpful staff. Right at the end of the pedestrian zone with easy access. Breakfast was well above average with a great selection. Hotel was a bit expensive, but this is Heidelberg and it was probably par for the course. Modern coffee maker in room. A reservation is needed for a car and one spot was waiting when we arrived. The woman we meet at the desk was very nice with room that was ready and answered all questions. Very fridndly staff and location was 10 mins from downtown. The breakfast was amazing. The best we had in the trip. The hotel is clean, and the rooms are comfortable and silent. We got a nice view to the river. It is very close to the old town, but they offer parking. The location is great, we can walk to the city center. The breakfast was great, they put th food table very beautiful. Having to keep windows closed to eliminate traffic noise, no air conditioning. None. Lack of air condition. In November was very cold in bathroom. Despite the tips our did not wash saucers after tea. Breakfast looks beautiful due to fruits and berries, but in reality, the breakfast is poor. light room early in the morning. Just there is no safty box and refregeator. Nothing. Noise from the road One person comfort room does not have the same level of luxury as the double room but almost the same price. No A/C, it was hot while we were there. not too near the viewpoint !. Nothing. There is no Safari box and no amenities in the bathtoom. On check-out we were told that the third floor has air condition, the others do not. We had to sleep with open windows in a very nice but noisy area (the weather was terribly hot).
