The hotel is just great - it is a family-run one, and it adds to the spirit of the old city. The location is just great - it's literally 5 minutes walk from Hauptbahnhof, and it is easy to find. The people working at the hotel are very friendly, and they serve enormous breakfast. Despite the bathroom being shared, it was never a problem to get there, and it was clean and nice. Definitely recommend.
所有评语 » Hotel Rossner was a wonderful place to stay for our week in Cologne. It is run by a very kind and lovely family and we were always made to feel very welcome, even as a young couple. The beds were comfortable, the breakfast was great and we feel like we got a very good deal for our money here. We would stay here again without question. The Rossner is a small budget friendly hotel located 3 blocks from the Hauptbahnhof that is just about impossible to find these days. If you are looking for a well run small hotel with friendly welcoming staff and a comfortable bed for a few nights at a very good price with breakfast included then it is an excellent choice. 5 minute-walk from main station, very quiet and comfortable. The hotel was run by a family, warm and sweet. The breakfast was not a buffet but was fresh, with sufficient amount. - Breakfast is very good, abundant and diverse - Quiet, not many rooms so it's like very familiar. Staff is friendly - Located very close to the train station of Köln. Great breakfast. Spacious, comfortable room. Shared bathrooms were clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel atmosphere; it's really like staying at some family The hotel is really close to the dom and the city center. 1.great location, at most 5 minutes to HBF. 2.very clean room and sheets 3.nice hosts. 4.traditional german breakfast. It is very near to the railway station, about 10 minutes. It is quite clean and convenient. The staff are very kind. Breakfast was fine but when I asked to have more bread, the woman with glasses refused me and said she made bread according to the number of customers. Good location to main train station. If you want a free tour to the hell - here you are!. Nothing: facilities were as described in the hotel's web info page. 1. There was no key for the front door and we had to ring the bell every time when entering the hotel. However, the staff responded really fast so there was no inconvenience. 2. The hotel do have wifi but could not be accessed due to wrong setting. (So they claimed they don't have one). - You have to pay in cash (but you can pay at checkout). No lift. Need to ring the door bell to come in, feel sorry for the receptionist, who needed to come to open the door for us every times. Somehow, you will feel it is very safe place to stay. :). nothing. There is wifi, but it does not work. only one washroom at each floor. The staff's English is not very good and there is no wifi. Owner speaks very little English so it was a bit difficult to communicate properly. Family owned and run hotel so there was no check- in and check-out with any 'official' paperwork. maybe they could open the beautiful garden to guests. There is no WiFi. no lift, that's all. shared bathroom which is only one. No toilets, no AC and TV in the room. There's no internet. Lack of wi fi internet. It took time to find the location. Was said Altstadt at the address but was not quite so to my mind. That is actually located the opposite direction. the only problem might be a noisy neighbor. shared bathroom. The staff spoke poor English and sometimes were impatient.. No wifi although they tell you the password but you will never get access to it. Probably only DOM and the hotel survived the war. And since the time of repair was not here. Furniture, flooring, carpet - Magirus Deutz era. I think we were the only guests on this day. Queues to settle definitely was not. But we have been awarded comments on late check-out (15 min.) Summary: one or two nights here may hold. If you have good bed is important for a small price. And anything else. shared bathroom - acceptable clean - very old forniture and creaky floor. Smoking in the hotel Staff wasn't especially friendly. There is no shampoo or soap there. A bit inconvenient. Just a very basic place to sleep, nothing really bad or good. Not very close to station. A lot. The breakfast wasn't very good, the hotel staff were not friendly or very helpful, the bathrooms were not cleaned everyday, and were not in very good shape. On the top floor, cigarette smoke drifted up and lingered. Dirty, and old hotel. Park houses are expensive. Only a wash basin in my room, no shower or bath facilities that I could see or locate in hotel (I looked). Having to ring buzzer every time to gain access was also an inconvenience. Everything. Can't tell anything good about this place. Cold dirty rooms with shabby furniture and rude staff. I had to stay there as there were nothing available in Cologne (big international trade fair). I paid 80 euro for what I believe is worth 20!.
