  Our stay was absolutely perfect! Ms. Kirova at they front desk always remembered our names, and was so friendly. She was so kind when we unexpectedly arrived early, and she helped store our bags until a room could be prepared for us. Her recommendations for restaurants and shopping were perfect every time. The hotel was outstanding, and its hard to believe that those people who gave it any negative comments actually stayed here.   Very clean. Nice size room. Great location right off the Ku'damm. - Staff was very nice to give us directions to where we wanted to go along with a map. They speak great English.

  This was a fabulous small hotel in the heart of a great neighbourhood of Berlin - Prenzlauer Berg. Unbelievable location in quiet area yet steps from the hip shops and cafes in this great area. The room was huge and fantastic with two big bathrooms. Breakfast was great!
