  Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was great size and hotel is in fantastic location on Ku'damm, near trains, shops and great restaurants. Breakfast was excellent.   Berlin was beautiful and the trip was made better by the super friendlyand helpful staff. I was able to shower and stow my luggage prior togetting into the room because I arrived a bit early, the hotel wasexcellent in terms of service, amenities, cleanliness.   This is one of the high end hotels that one cannot easily find any faults. To me, H 10 had exceeded the 4 star rating. If you are looking a belin hotel that is value for money, H10 is the top choice.
