  The entire staff always had a smile and was willing to help us with any questions we had. Whether it was about the hotel or a location we were going to..Being from the USA, and out of the country for the first time, not knowing about Germany, or locations they always made sure we were confident by time we walked out side. The staff was very helpful... 别人怎么说 » and made us feel right at home.... - Very confortable and quiet room with a view on the parc. we were able to have the Spa just for the two of us from 19.30 to 22.00 as no one was there at this time. Very professional staff.
