Very warm welcome. Excellent buffet breakfast - maybe best I've ever had. Friendly and helpful family owners.Unexpected and very welcome breakfast left in my room because I had to leave early on my last day. Extremely friendly and helpful host. Rooms were clean and up to date. Location was excellent to the Spa, downtown and the museum (modern - exhibit opens about1Mar09). Parking available for a small fee.

The "sense of business" of the hotel owner. Once the misunderstandingabout "2 day passes" involved the LetsBookHotel.com customer service, theoperator told me "we are in the middle". I did not agree, stating that Iam the customer, LetsBookHotel.com is the provided. The real man in the middlewas, in this case, the hotel owner. However, he solved the issue, and hegranted us the 2-day passes.This was a nice hotel. Our room was simple but had everything we needed. It was clean and quiet. The best part was how close it was to the spa, so after a relaxing few hours, we could stumble home to bed. The breakfast buffet was easily one of the best I had and surpassed far more more expensive hotels. The room was very comfortable. The breakfast was very good - both in large choice, but also in sweet touches (real candle, real flower, personalised service, real piano music, ...). The hotel was within easy walking distance of the centre.The staff were very friendly, we were only 10 min walk from the city which made it easy to see the town, the DOM und das rauthaus. We got Spa vouchers for the thermal baths , very nice :). excellent location (5 min from the Spa, 10 min walk to the city center), very good service, clean and comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast (really one of the best i've had in hotels). Room, breakfast, owner very kind. A very warm and friendly welcome. The Family that runs the hotel did its very best to help us in every respect. Breafast was excellent and the location very good if you - as we were are interested in the Modern Musuem (3 min away) aand the SPA (also 3 min away)! If you like a friendly, family-run hotel with local atmosphere - this is the place to go!. Spacious room (we had the larger type double room, this size is to be preferred). The hotel is on walking distance of the Old City (10/15 min). Breakfast was good and included in the price.The price. I liked that. No, everything was fine, and recommendable for anyone who wants to spenda pleasant time, far from home, but still feeling at home. The hotelatmosfere is very warm, and the personnel is very responsive and alwaysattentive to the customer's satisfaction.The decor was a little too BandB for our style, but given the perks of the location and the price, not a single complaint. Highly recommended. close to a noisy street (but not very disturbing). Some noise from the street. No web connection in rooms.The noise outside from the busy street around the corner was always present when the window was open, but with the earplugs we always bring along not a problem.(We come from a quiet village.). There is no lan or WiFi internet offered, but seemingly if you have amodem you can acces internet from the phone line( not really an option!!). There is a " cheap" WiFi offered by a local netrwork, but you getthe username and password to access internet on your email account!!!Studpid, since you do not have Internet access !! So I have paid foran NOT-existing service !!!!!!Watch-out !. There is no internet service available. I would like to have that as one of the necessary facility.
