  Our hosts were so welcoming and so very friendly that we wished we could stay longer. The room we had was very spacious, the kitchen has all you need, there is a small lounge area as well.   My friend and I had a comfortable, roomy and clean triple room with private bathroom, quiet at the back of the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast with plenty of choice including fresh fruit and scrambled egg and French type bacon. Only about a 10 minute walk to the station for the shuttle bus to Giverny for Monet's garden and a good bar for an evening - Vernon is very close to Giverny (4 kilometers) which is why we chose this hotel. It was quite reasonable for 2 nights at 176 Euro. Basic hotel rooms....no frills but fine and clean. Restaurant good and lounge for drinks for tea very comfortable with leather overstuffed chairs. Staff very helpful. Walking to the village, church, museum and restaurants within minutes. Sweet village.

The hospitality by Agnes the owner was exceptional as we sat drinking lemonade freshly made and beer onthe back patio.The breakfast was excellent and the local restaurant recommended for an evening meal first class. This is one place we would love to visit agsin and stay longer. Highly recommended.
