It is a beautiful building in lots of space and quiet. Staff were warm and friendly and very helpful. Room was massive and nicely furnished. I loved it here and left completely revitalised.   This is one of the nicest hotels we have stayed at in Europe. Loved the beautiful room, big comfortable bed with superb bedding.   La Maison des Armateurs was in a wonderful location (although St. Malo is so small I'm not sure there is a "bad" location). The staff was friendly and helpful.
