This is one of the nicest hotels we have stayed at in Europe. Loved the beautiful room, big comfortable bed with superb bedding. We had room service for dinner, it was very good and delivered quite fast. I really liked the floor lighting around the toilet room at night, very good idea. The delightful young ladies working the reception were such a pleasure. My husband remarked they really enjoy their jobs. They gave us some good ideas about what to see and do in the area, as well as Mont Saint M.
所有评语 » Overall a fantastic stay at Hotel Le Nouveau. The location is excellent just a short walk to the old town of St Malo, right on the beach, with excellent views over the sea. The staff were excellent, nothing was too difficult or too much trouble and they were very helpful in recommending places to eat and see. The restaurant was just superb, we ended up eating there twice it was so good, proper gourmet food. The room was also very nice, we were facing the away from the sea so a lot cheaper than . Great location, lovely hotel facilities with fantastic views. We had a sea view room which looked over the entire coastline - spectacular. Rooms and hotel are to a great standard, but I suppose you are paying for that sort of level with the price. We had dinner in the 7 mers restaurant which was superb!!! Fine dining experience with 5 course menu - great value for money and a wonderful chef thrown in to boot. The service was second to none and the view of the coastline again was a big help. Wou. Wonderful room beautifully decorated, overlooking a stunning view of the sea and beach. At least 6 British TV stations. Super friendly and helpful staff. Great atmosphere. Fluffy bathrobes & slippers. Great lighting, big comfortable bed and pillows, air conditioned. Walk in, rain water shower. Fridge/mini bar. All absolutely perfect. Would definitely return and can't praise it too high. Offered complimentary drink on arrival as room not quite ready. All very luxurious,modern, clean and comf. The staff were very nice and polite. It is directly on the beach and a 15-minute walk to the old part of St-Malo.The bed and the room were very comfortable. Though we did not try them, the hotel offers an extensive line of spas and thalasso-therapy treatments. Waking up in the morning, you see the sea in front of your bed. Cozy, quiet, large selection of foods for breakfast. Dinner at the restaurant on weekends-impossible without a reservation. 200m away, a great seafood restaurant. Very friendly staff. The hotel is new and fresh. 100% recommendations. Ease of parking (no need to use the rather expensive hotel car park). Safe garaging, Google have an excellent map to get from ferry port to hotel, however reception and garage are on Rue Hippolyte de la Morvonnais, not Chaussee de Silon. The design, decor and cleanliness were all fantastic. Rooms were exceptionally clean and reasonably well equipped. The staff were all English speaking (to an exceptionally high standard), friendly, professional and helpful. This is a new hotel only opened last May, and I would highly recommedn it. The hotel is quite nice --clean, friendly staff, comfortable rooms. Just a 10 minute walk to the heart of Saint Malo. The bar/lounge was a comfortable space to hang out with a book to wait for the rain to stop. All of the above. We were met by very freindly staff who knew us by name and attended to our requests promptly throughout our stay. Room service was prompt and friendly. Car park spacious which was great. The hotel is fresh and clean. Good design throughout. Reception is helpful and carrying. Location is superb - just on a sea front. Garage is very convinient. Everything is set to be a 5 star but... The restaurant was fantastic and the view exceptional. The bar was beautifully decorated and the staff wonderfully helpful. All round great place to stay and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. everything, thoughtful staff, good breakfast, well located for shopping and the ferry, can be noisy if you sleep with the window open and the waves are crashing against the sea wall. The SPA pool on the 5th floor, the SPA services, the view, the food at the classy restaurant, the bar, everything, and the mac computers near the reception!. Location is perfect: 10 minutes walk from the old town on the embankment. Restaurant is perfect. The hotel is quite new, all the equipment worked properly. Well presented hotel a 15 mins stroll from the citadel. Staff were very friendly, but didn't stay long enough to try the spa/ pool, or the breakfast. Room service options were poor too. We did ask for this to be removed from our bill which the manager refused - she only reduced the price slightly. We were disappointed. Just being super critical but the bath towels were a bit small and not up to the standard of the rest of the hotel. The main (old town) of St Malo about half a mile walk. Air conditioning didn't work-not discovered until during the night. Nothing really. The tea/coffee making facilities were basic- more milk could have been provided, as well as a few more sachets of coffee/tea. TV (UK channels) wasnt always a good signal. One (only one!) slightly surly member of staff at breakfast. Dinner menu was fantastic - but expensive. BUT it is a high quality hotel, so to be expected I guess. The restaurant is expensive and a limited menu especially for children ,but there is an excellent brasserie about 200 metres from the hotel. Like to have seen a few more items to select on the room service menu but what we had was very nice. In order to become a really luxury venue the hotel needs to just expand services (no need to improve) The lack of concierge and bell boys dissonates with the hotel's ambiance. It seems that there are enough people at the reception to play these roles. car parking a bit expensive 13 euros a night. Nothing. Poor room service manu. There was absolutely nothing to dislike about this hotel. Nothing. Complimentary bottled water and biscuits with the tea/coffee making facilties would have been most welcome . The parking was a little confusing. It only costs to park in the Hotel's secure underground car-park. There are plenty of free parking spaces available, surrounding the hotel. Noisy aircon?. Expensive breakfast at the hotel and no closeby restaurants serving breakfast. nothing. we didn'T eat in the hotel, as we felt the price for breakfast was too much. the same with the restaurant. Menu could of had English translation. pricy extras, food and drinks very expensive. Breakfast expensive at 18 euros P.P. but as we didn't eat there we can't comment on quality. car parking - should not really have to pay extra, bar prices - £12 for a cocktail!. Nothing. paying for parking. It was more expensive than was justified. Bar and Restaurant prices are high even by hotel standards. And Parking was really good but expensive.
