The location, though it was a shame the trees at the front masked most of the beach view but it was lovely. Our son is 14 and slept on the bottom bunk which made it tricky negotiating his overhanging quilt at night on our trips to the bathroom; there is little space with three doors opening into the corridor but we managed.
