The location, though it was a shame the trees at the front masked most of the beach view but it was lovely. Our son is 14 and slept on the bottom bunk which made it tricky negotiating his overhanging quilt at night on our trips to the bathroom; there is little space with three doors opening into the corridor but we managed. The apartment was well equipped and perfect for our needs (to cook vegetarian), as we had spent the previous nine days eating little more than bread and cheese. The climb, .
所有评语 » The apartments were comfortably furnished and we had a marvellous sea view from our balcony which would seat 4 comfortably. Hotel facilities are excellent. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. The overall quality of the Villas was very good and they were well maintained and serviced with fresh sheets and towels. It is a short walk down a steep hill into the town but there are paths and steps leading to the hotel which make it less strenuous. Would definitely return. The villa is set in a amazing location with good elevation for a sea view. The reception were very friendly and welcoming. We had to call up to inform we would be late since the checkin would close at 20:00. The staff assured us we would not be left in lurch. We just were lucky to pick this place right out from map expecting it to be good and we were not disappointed. Great place to unwind and relax. I liked it due to it is clean, friendly staff, big living space, very comfortable bed, big balcona, nice see view. In spite of rather cold whether the apartment was warm and comfortable. The apartment was wonderful. In my request on booking I said it was my Birthday so I would love a view of the sea and a balcony and our room was just as pictured in the advertisement. The appartment was very comfy with a ggod layout. The photos do not do it justice - we really felt at home and did not want to leave, we enjoyed it very much. The apartment was very clean and well equipped and there was enough space. The view on the see was amazing. Rooms, views, cleanliness, parking. everything. The very efficient lift. The beautiful view and large terrace. Good shower, bath facilities. Plenty of hot water. Comfortable beds. There is a lack of information provided in the Villas about the facilities or the local area. Instructions for some appliances were not available in English and the television menu was in German. We could not find out how to remove the audio description on the tv. The villas are at some distance from reception where keys are collected. It would have saved us some time had it been clear. The apts mentioned as sea view have lateral sea view which I didn't expect. There are few apts which directly overlook the sea but the website doesn't make this distinction clear. 2 bunk beds badly placed - You have to walk past to go to the toilet/bathroom and everything else. Had to book in at the spa hotel at the bottom of the hill. Not told this before. Key card didn't work and so had to walk up and down 4 times! When people say steep hill, they mean steep hill!! Not the best thing when you've just turned up and driven 6 hours. Very weak wifi. A steep climb down to Val Andre or to rception in the hotel BUT itmeant the views to the beach and cost were terrific. As there is a hotel under the villas we heard the air-conditioning units all the time which was especially unpleasant during the night. nothing. No service even to empty rubbish bins. A dish washer which we didn't use. A microwave which we couldn't work. Instructions needed, and no oven. No iron or hair dryer. No English TV - not even CNN. No instructions to go to the hotel on arrival. It took us a long time to get in and we were finally rescued by the lady dealing with the rubbish collection. Instructions on gate phone not understandable.
