  The hotel and grounds were beautiful. We felt like we stepped back in time. The staff were gracious and helped with everything we needed, including securing a rental car (which was delivered to the hotel for us) for day trips to Monte Carlo and St. Tropez.   Our family had a wonderful time. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The spa was very nice. Breakfast was delicious and offered a huge variety for our teenagers with varying tastes.   The staff really made us feel like home. As soon as we checked in you could tell the difference between Dune and other hotels we stayed in. The owner upgraded us for free to a bigger room.   I was so incredibly impressed with my stay. I got a good rate on letsbookhotel.com and then was thrilled with the experience. I was just in Arles for one night with my wife. The hotel is fancy and beautiful and clean and nice to walk around. The staff all speak English fluently and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable.   The best place to stay with small children - you have kitchen and all necessary shops there. It is nice that they have beach as part of a resort for free. The mobile houses are very new and clean.   The setting of the hotel is beautiful, overhanging a bay on the Med. The room whilst a bit on the small side ( we had a comfort double, room 30) was gorgeous, very unusual deco. We didn't try any of the facilities as (spa etc|) we only stayed one night, and unfortunately the weather was atrocious which spoiled the stay for - This hotel is situated very well (quiet and with a splendid vue). The staff (specifically the director) is extremely helpfull and friendly. We enjoyed this hotel very much. I have read some complaints about the breakfast but you should consider it's a small hotel (21 rooms) and you cannot expect the same big choice as you can enjoy in big hotels which have + 100 rooms. I would recommend this hotel to everybody.
