Old St. Malo (Intra Muros) is about 15-20 minutes walk from the hotel, but the view from the room is worth a little extra walk.

  The hosts, Jane and Paul, were so gracious and welcoming. We arrived early evening, after driving from Paris, and Jane greeted us with hot tea for us and drinks for our girls. She gave us excellent recommendations for meals nearby. The place is basic and small, but is spotless, cozy, and very well appointed. The delicious continental breakfast, and a warm visit with Jane and Paul set a good start for the day. Jane is wonderful. Right from the start, she contacted us with a welcome email, and was always available with tons of tips on locality, restaurants, etc. Her orientation on Le Mont Saint Michel is excellent.
