  The hotel is lovely. We were in a "grand chambre" with views of the Pyrennes. It was spacious and quiet, separated from main hotel building across a lovely courtyard. Our building had a leisure room with pool table, so we played some games while drinking great wine before dinner. The hotel staff was very courteous and accommodating and they even allowed me to use their printer to print an important document that I needed that day.   The location is absolutely perfect being only 10 mins walk from the Grotto but far enough away to be quiet and in direct view of the snow clad Pyrenees mountains.
