  The rooms are ok - but not the biggest.. ;-) The location is near the "main street" in Lourdes. "La Grotte" is 800m away - but you can walk through a street full of restaurants, pubs, ice bars, etc. - friendly and well-mannered staff. efficient and hazzle free check in and out.A pleasing stay.

  The location is absolutely perfect being only 10 mins walk from the Grotto but far enough away to be quiet and in direct view of the snow clad Pyrenees mountains. Breakfast and dinner were good reasonably priced. Dog-friendly. Free parking in the areas around the hotel. For the price we paid, an excellent value-for-your-money.

If you are driving, forget the GPS, they keep changing one way streets and it can - Excellant location, only 10mins max (slow walk) to the sanctuary, thus, providing a tinge of quietness. Its near but not too near like just opposite the sanctuary kinda near. Excellant service from all reception staffs. Very helpful. Reception staffs being able to speak and understand english relatively well. English speaking travellers will have no problem in communicating with them.   The location was perfect as a base for cycling and walking trips into the nearby mountains. It was also within easy walking distance from Saint-Lary and Veille-Aure villages for shopping and restaurants. The price of the 6-person appartment was very reasonable considering the time of year and a big sporting event taking place.

  Staff were very professional and friendly. They are very supportive and clearly understand the requirements of the visitors. Breakfast was very good with reasonable varieties.
