  The people that run the apartments are simply the best! Very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Very comfortable new and clean and kept that way.   The staff were amongst the friendliest we came along whilst travelling through France recently. The location, being only one street away from the beach was perfect and the hotel is right in the middle of an area containing the best mix of bars, cafes and restaurants on the Cote d'zur. The Reception staff were very helpful and attentive! The interior was so quirky and had every amenity required! It was immaculate with a beautiful bathroom and great bed! The location was awesome as well. Close to the beach and to so many great little cafes, bars and restaurants!   After travelling around France and Italy for 3 weeks, it was a relief to find a top quality hotel at a very resonable price, more on par with the standards I have experienced aroung the world.   The apartments are in good location, not far from the sea. The kitchen is clean and comfortable for cooking , clean bedding, so all you need to stay with small family (3 people). I am a light sleeper and I was quite worried that I would be up all night, but I didn't hear any noise. I am planning my next trip to NIce and will be ataying at Ajoupa!

  The apartment was of a good size, with separate bedroom and combined living room/kitchenette. The location is very close to the promenade and the shopping and tourist centre of the town (5 mins to beach, 2-15 mins for all major tourist areas). Bars and restaurants right outside the door. Very central location, 1 minute to grocery store, 1 minute to local market with fruit and vegetables, 2 minutes walk to main shopping street and 5 minute walk down to the sandy beaches of Cannes. Lots of restaurants and cafes close to Florella Marceau. Price/quality is good.
