Clean and well desinged. Staff is very friendly. Location is about 5-7 minutes to center of Monaco: first turn left to the down stairs. Then take a public lift to the center. Don't be scared it's very easy and safe. Also if you go on the right and turn near the Olimpic hotel you will find a good mini market where you can buy all food (just 3-4 minutes walking). Internet was working very good.

  The staff were amongst the friendliest we came along whilst travelling through France recently. The location, being only one street away from the beach was perfect and the hotel is right in the middle of an area containing the best mix of bars, cafes and restaurants on the Cote d'zur. JLP was a perfect place to stay on the coast being in the middle and only a short wa - Villa d'Elsa was such a wonderful find! It was just gorgeous! The Reception staff were very helpful and attentive! The interior was so quirky and had every amenity required! It was immaculate with a beautiful bathroom and great bed! The location was awesome as well. Close to the beach and to so many great little cafes, bars and restaurants! Very Affordable and if we are lucky enough to go to Juan les Pins again it will definitely be where we stay! Thank you so much!

  The location was superb, wonderful sea view and close to the stop airport/local buses for arrival and departure.   We had a triple room at the Aeva hotel as this was the only room available when I was booking. The room, towels, etc were clean and the bed was very comfortable. The rooms were cleaned and the bed made when we put out the little note to request this. The staff were fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. I only regret not staying for the full duration of our holiday but had we had longer to bo - We were looking for a hotel close to the Nice Airport, and what a gem. We were about two miles past the airport...but right on the water in a smaller town. We were able to park our car on site, as well as walk on the promenade in front of the hotel. There were also many choices for restaurants on site, across the street on water. Walking distance to train station as well. So location was perfect. It was about a $30 cab ride from Nice...so check bus and train schedules to make sure you can retur

It was within walking distance of the railway station where we could catch the 99 bus to the airport(4 euros each!).   I liked the professional but relaxed attitude by the staff to guests. I would certainly stay there again.
