  The staff were amongst the friendliest we came along whilst travelling through France recently. The location, being only one street away from the beach was perfect and the hotel is right in the middle of an area containing the best mix of bars, cafes and restaurants on the Cote d'zur. The Reception staff were very helpful and attentive! The interior was so quirky and had every amenity required! It was immaculate with a beautiful bathroom and great bed! The location was awesome as well. Close to the beach and to so many great little cafes, bars and restaurants!   We had a triple room at the Aeva hotel as this was the only room available when I was booking. The room, towels, etc were clean and the bed was very comfortable. The rooms were cleaned and the bed made when we put out the little note to request this. The staff were fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. I only regret not staying for the full duration of our holiday but had we had longer to bo - We were looking for a hotel close to the Nice Airport, and what a gem. We were about two miles past the airport...but right on the water in a smaller town. We were able to park our car on site, as well as walk on the promenade in front of the hotel. There were also many choices for restaurants on site, across the street on water. Walking distance to train station as well. So location was perfect. It was about a $30 cab ride from Nice...so check bus and train schedules to make sure you can retur

  The two bedroom apartment was spacious and fresh - perfect for our stay with two older children. The reception staff were friendly and very helpful.   I liked the professional but relaxed attitude by the staff to guests. I would certainly stay there again.
