It has fairly good transit connections (by Metro and RER) and is just on the outskirts of the "main attractions". Ideally situated for us between gare du Lyon and gare du Bercy as we had to put classic car on Autotrain at gare du Bercy and then have overnight stop in hotel before getting tgv next morning from gare du Lyon to follow it to Nice. My wife travels in a wheelchair and the hotel was perfectly accessible - even though not designed or advertised as such.
